Another Court Helps Obama Hide Truth - Is He A Natural-Born Citizen?

USJF To Appeal Judge's Ruling that Only Members of Congress Can Challenge Qualifications of President

Dear Fellow American,

Barack Obama's attorneys took another step to destroy the Constitution of the United States this time in a California State Court. Those attorneys, working with liberal California State Attorney General Jerry Brown, convinced the Judge in that case, at a March 13, 2009, hearing to rule that only Members of Congress can challenge the qualifications of Mr. Obama to serve as President.


The Judge further ruled that a challenge can only be made on the 6th day of January following the meeting of the Presidential electors, at the session of Congress where the vote of the Electoral College is counted and the results announced. To use the Judge's words, this is "the exclusive means for challenges to the qualifications of President..."

Further, the Court blocked our subpoena for the college records of Mr, Obama!

USJF subpoenaed the records of Barack Hussein Obama from Occidental College in California, but, at the hearing on March 13, 2009, the Judge, in Sacramento County Superior Court in California, blocked USJF from obtaining those critical records.


What is in those records? We do not know. But the Obama legal team pulled out all of the stops to block the subpoena, so we believe that there is something in those records that bears on the critical issue of whether Barack Obama is eligible to serve as President of the United States.


JUST LIKE WE BELIEVE THAT THERE IS A REASON WHY THE OBAMA LEGAL TEAM, ACCORDING TO A PUBLISHED REPORT, HAS BEEN PAID OVER $800,000.00 TO KEEP THE PUBLIC FROM SEEING HIS REAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE-NOT THE PHONY ONE THAT HE PUT UP ON HIS WEBSITE.

Simply stated, if an unqualified person were to be elected President of the United States, our entire form of government could be compromised!

In Chicago, Homefirst Medical Services treats thousands of never- vaccinated children whose parents received exemptions through Illinois' relatively permissive immunization policy. Homefirst's medical director, Dr. Mayer Eisenstein, told us he is not aware of any cases of autism in never-vaccinated children; the national rate is 1 in 175, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. "We have a fairly large practice," Eisenstein told us. "We have about 30,000 or 35,000 children that we've taken care of over the years, and I don't think we have a single case of autism in children delivered by us who never received vaccines. "We do have enough of a sample," Eisenstein said. "The numbers are too large to not see it. We would absolutely know. We're all family doctors. If I have a child with autism come in, there's no communication. It's frightening. You can't touch them. It's not something that anyone would miss."

China's artificially induced snow closes 12 highways




BEIJING (Reuters) - China closed 12 highways around the capital Beijing on Thursday because of heavy snow brought on after seeding clouds with chemicals, state media said on Thursday.

All outbound highways were closed in Hebei, the drought-hit northern province surrounding Beijing, after heavy snow fell on Wednesday night, Xinhua news agency said.

In all, 12 highways, including one linking Beijing and Shenyang, capital of northeastern Liaoning province, were closed.

Hebei got its first heavy snow of this year on Wednesday. The provincial weather bureau said that snow too was "enhanced" by artificial seeding.

"The snow has brought moisture to the soil, which may help end the drought," Guo Yingchun, a senior engineer of the provincial meteorological observatory, was quoted as saying.

She said that 313 cigarette-size sticks of silver iodide were fired into the clouds from Wednesday night to Thursday morning, "a procedure that made the snow a lot heavier."

Hebei forecasters said flurries would continue through Thursday night in the northern part of the province.

Beijing is enduring its longest drought in 38 years, according to weather bureau records.
